During his career, Christakis Dimitriou successfully completed and delivered to clients more than 2,000 residential units in the property market in Limassol. He is highly respected in the property construction and development industry in Cyprus.

Stelios holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors in the filed of quantity surveying. He has more than 10 years of construction experience. Stelios is the Managing Director of the Company since incorporation and has the overall responsibility of the day to day management of the Company.
Stelios is responsible for all operations that allow the company to achieve its business objectives. This means identifying new opportunities that will help further the company’s business goals, implementing strategies to improve market share, and assisting in reaching the annual targets.
Stelio’s key responsibilities are to ensure that the Company attracts, develops, assesses, rewards and retains high-quality talent to support the company’s growth objectives that are in line with its mission, values and culture.
With a vision and passion for innovative property development in Cyprus, Stelios is actively involved at all stages of each project – from concept and planning, to construction and final handover. Stelios is client oriented and see things from the client’s perspective, so Stelios is able to ensure that the Company delivers to clients exactly what they want.
Nikoletta holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors. She is also a former distinguished athlete ιn Olympic gymnastics with a reputable career and currently is an athlete in women’s lifting weights. In her career as an athlete she won several medals on a European and worldwide championships.
Her mission as Sales Director is to maintain Dynamic Sphera construction & Developers Limited position in Real Estate sales in Cyprus. He manages a multicultural team based across the world, with the aim to penetrate new markets and create awareness of the many investment opportunities found in Cyprus.
In addition, Nikoletta is responsible for the daily operation of all the Company’s office, the maintenance of the company’s premises and its technological infrastructure. He also leads a large team formed to design, plan, coordinate and execute the implementation of the Company’s electronic archive system and data management control system.
Today, Nikoletta manages and coordinates a large sales team of property consultants. She is responsible for reviewing the sales process to ensure that all resources are being fully utilized and the best possible service is provided to clients. Customer care is an integral part of his responsibilities as Sales Director and Nikoletta is on hand throughout the negotiation and agreement procedures, contributing his vast experience and expertise to make sure that clients are left satisfied, and sales targets are successfully met.
With a solid experience in Business Development and a proven track record in setting up new ventures and projects, Nikoletta combines his business acumen, technical knowledge and digital transformation expertise with management and sales techniques.
As responsible for the Business Development of the company, her mission is to expand the company’s network of associates and help penetrate emerging markets. At the same time, she is also responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s digital strategy and transformation.
